These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyFranchiseAnalytics platform and services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using MyFranchiseAnalytics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
MyFranchiseAnalytics is a franchise operations analytics platform designed for multi-unit operators. The platform provides tools for sales analytics, labor management, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational dashboards. We integrate with point-of-sale systems, labor scheduling tools, and other data sources to deliver unified analytics across your franchise locations.

You retain full ownership of all business data you upload or generate through the platform. MyFranchiseAnalytics does not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the services you have requested.
You grant us a limited license to use your data as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the platform. This license terminates when your account is closed and your data is deleted.
You may export your data at any time through the platform's export features or by contacting support.
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime, data delays, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing terms in effect at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFranchiseAnalytics and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
The MyFranchiseAnalytics platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by MyFranchiseAnalytics and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as intended.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
